Homeschooling Reflection
After years of struggling, finally I am here to think about this way of learning. We were homeschooled for 10 years. Many things happened of course. Zahra has grown from a little girl to a maiden. Growing day by day that even I was always surprised at how tall she became. Homeschooling was chosen because the school I wanted for Zahra was unreachable for us. Besides that, I had confidence that I could guide her to reach success in life. I graduated from Universitas Indonesia majoring in Psychology anyway. Well, I had a bravery that may be too much. Then day by day I found pressure from some people around me. Some people were fascinated, and some kept on intervening. Well, life must go on, and we survived anyway. Am I regret choosing to homeschool?. The answer is no. This method has several drawbacks, yet this is the best way this far.
